做個人見人愛的YouTuber

現時疫情肆虐,個個變成宅男宅女,唔係上網就是開著部電視。而見得最多嘅唔係恆馳汽車就係Brian車。兩者宣傳手法都係同出一轍 - 疲勞轟炸至無處不在。而Brian車嘅24小時自動吸客系統,同負責新能源汽車嘅恆大健康股價都一樣:”too good to be true”。

最近同朋友打牙胶,話如果恆馳汽車搵Brian車做廣告代言人,簡直係天作之合。兩者可以慳番一半Budget嚟同一時間,同一個廣告狂loop大家,而大家眾又可以睇少一半廣告。連設計對白都幫佢諗埋「我如何8個月內由負債四百萬,到依家眼都唔眨買起一套恆馳1 – 6名車!嗱,我Brian車唔係曬自己有錢買6部車,而係曬屋企有位泊足6部車!」

筆者無意嘲笑或貶低魅力營銷大師車Sir。其實我算很早期已subscribe佢個Facebook page,雖然內容由始至終變化不大,但佢個故仔都冇乜前後矛盾,day 1已經咁誇。反而我覺得佢delivery做得唔錯,以一個三幅被嘅內容嚟講,啲片其實拍得幾好睇。大眾嘅反感,其實多多少少出自疲勞轟炸。但咁又點,人地多budget。

至於網民唱佢呃人,買咗佢8萬蚊嘅堂,呢個其實都係願者上釣。佢又唔係健身中心玩密室困獸鬥,簽完咭先俾走。而佢亦證明到自己係個好sales,如果佢sell唔到堂亦唔會有budget去疲勞轟炸你。一個成功嘅sales就係將平平無奇,而你又唔係真係好需要嘅嘢,氹到你打開銀包,自動獻身!

反而稅局會更加關心車Sir係咪車大炮,由負債四百萬至每個月七位數字收入固然好勵志,但計計數,該收入喺香港打工皇帝已經係排第三位,剛剛在李澤鉅之後,實在係政府嘅金蛋。

即係咁,萬一你真係咁不幸用咗8萬蚊買左堂,而又覺得俾人搵老襯嘅話,首先恭喜你!因為你將來對傳銷嘅免疫力將會大大提高,唔駛打疫苗。8萬蚊不如當身外物,仲有大把世界追得番。而你仲有嘅係時間,橫惦依家全民上網時間大增,何不學番兩招YouTube傳銷,將來做番另一個Brian車做一番「事業」呢?

相對Google同Facebook,中小企投放在YouTube嘅廣告較少。通常一想到投放網上廣告,我們都會先想到search engine marketing (SEM),但其實YouTube已經喺全球第二大搜索引擎。試想想,如果你想搵東京嘅旅遊資訊,除左Google之外你search YouTube睇片可能更加直接,而其實YouTube放廣告亦可能冇大家想像中咁貴。

YouTube投放廣告分為幾種,大家最常見就是Bumper Ad,看完頭6秒就可以skip。而YouTube的廣告係要觀看30秒以上才收費。所以啲YouTuber成日叫大家支持要有耐性睇廣告,咁佢地先有得分賬。一般每個睇足30秒嘅「view」大概只需廣告費港幣$0.4-0.5元,其實唔係真係咁天價。而由於大部份viewer都睇唔夠30秒就skip,所以你廣告嘅impression會比要付款的「view」多很多。

因為大部份的人都只會觀看6秒就skip廣告,所以精準部署這黃金6秒至為關鍵。以下少少貼士大家可以參考:

一種方法係將你最重要嘅訊息喺6秒中帶出嚟,令觀眾留下印象。首先,品牌必需顯眼地,愈早愈突出在六秒內出現,否則觀眾未知你賣乜廣告已經skip咗。另外要注意的是現時很多短片都是經手機收看,制作時應在視覺上有所調整,例如用近鏡拍攝,使用大字,用色強烈等,這可使短片更易吸收,提高宣傳效益。

最重要的是,你的內容必需極奇精簡,只帶出一個重點訊息,節奏明快,單刀直入。可以係產品其中一個與別不同的feature,可以係限時大減價。觀眾只可以吸收一個message。更高招係搞些噱頭,不按章出牌,讓觀眾留下深刻印象。以下是筆者認為一個經典的例子,SK-II 神仙水廣告大家見得多,這個YouTube廣告找來英國喜劇演員James Corden教湯唯擺甫士,一開頭就用蝦碌的一面吸引觀眾眼球。

另一種比較進取嘅手法係營造一個故事,希望你睇曬成個廣告。YouTube廣告全長可以幾分鐘,如果觀眾睇晒當然宣傳效益比電視廣告更入腦。香港最常見嘅都係用炫耀一招。睇番Brian車啲金句:(1) 買手機好過買保險:「如果,我突然之間一無所有,無曬任何收入,剩低一部手機⋯⋯以前嘅我,一定非常之擔心同一定好驚⋯⋯但今日,我已經唔怕,只為依家,我只需要一部手機,我就有能力用最短嘅時間,去搵番我失去曬嘅所有嘢!」(2) 8秒鐘賣個錢喺樹生出嚟嘅fantasy:「你試幻想一下,每分鐘嘅收入,62萬5千蚊美金,一個鐘頭3千7百萬美金,一日呢,9億美金收入」。相信聯儲局日日QE會好有共鳴。

玩故事廣告玩得最出神入化一定係毛記。搵黎明唱口水歌賣白咖啡。呢個你可以話係明星效應,但搵YouTuber Ming仔拍個「猛鬼辦公室」廣告就真係一絕,質素分分鐘好過你原本要睇段YouTube片。

玩故仔搏觀眾唔skip嘅竅門就係盡量緊扣觀眾日常遇到的場境,產生共鳴,或者牽動觀眾的情緒。故事本身要節奏明快,加強張力,因一有悶場觀眾即skip,你就帶出唔曬個內容。

而題材來說獨特性和噱頭必需花足心思,而搞笑永遠係低成本高效益嘅formula。對誇國品牌嚟講,個內容一定要夠地道特色,切合本地文化。鏡頭中可以考慮多用slow motion,這樣可能腦筋更加集中,有時間消化廣告個message。
